A Little Spooky, A Lot of Community: Halloween at Casa Mia Cafe

Halloween at Casa Mia Cafe was a reminder of why we started THE LATE SHIFT.

It was a small turnout, but an awesome one. There was something special about seeing everyone mingle, get around each other and enjoy the night together. This meet really had us in our feels.

The cars brought us together, but the people made the night.

With a little Halloween dress-up, trick-or-treating and a spooky vibe, the meet had something for the whole family. Seeing people of different ages share the space and feel welcome was one of the best parts of the night.

That’s the standard we want to keep setting for our meets: a welcoming place where people can bring their cars, bring their families and feel part of the community. And that feeling comes from everyone who turns up and helps create it.

To everyone who came along, dressed up, joined in or spent some time getting to know someone new—thank you. You helped make a small meet feel like something much bigger.

Thanks to Casa Mia Cafe for having us, and to our community for giving us a Halloween worth looking back on.

Much love,
THE LATE SHIFT
