Shipping

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship Australia-wide. International shipping is coming soon — stay tuned.

How long does dispatch take?

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–5 business days. We're a small operation and appreciate your patience as we get up and running.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary depending on your location and Australia Post's network. Once dispatched, most parcels arrive within 3–7 business days, but this can vary and is subject to change.

Will my order be tracked?

We do our best to send orders with tracking, however not all orders may include tracking at this stage as we continue to refine our fulfilment process with Australia Post. If you have concerns about your order, please reach out and we'll do our best to help.

How much does shipping cost?

We currently offer flat rate shipping. Rates may vary in the future as we review our shipping setup — any changes will be reflected at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your returns policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags attached. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

How do I start a return?

Email us at the address on our Contact page with your order number and reason for return. We'll get back to you within 2 business days.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes — if you need a different size, get in touch and we'll do our best to sort it out subject to stock availability.

Orders

Can I cancel or change my order?

We process orders quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change. We can't guarantee changes once an order has been dispatched.

My order arrived damaged — what do I do?

We're sorry to hear that. Please email us with a photo of the damage and your order number and we'll make it right.
